Welcome, friends and future collaborators! Marie here, aka Channel Analog LLC. I’m an NYC-based director, producer, editor, and filmmaker.
I’ve been a multi-hyphenate media professional for a decade, working with a wide range of employers and clients: large brands like InStyle Magazine, Nick Jr., BuzzFeed, and The Female Quotient, independent powerhouses like UK-based zine, Polyester, and a number of solo creators.
In 2022 I founded Channel Analog Productions, which, as of 2024, along with the acquisition of the Channel Analog studio & event space, has become a full-time endeavor! As Channel Analog Productions, I seek to make mindful, artful media that stands apart from the daily noise of our chaotic digital ecosystem. Channel Analog Studios serves as a physical manifestation of those values: A space that prioritizes art and community over likes and follows.
My passion lies in experimental documentary filmmaking - I am currently developing a feature that centers around digital media technology and mindfulness. More on that soon!
Smith College is my alma matter, where I double majored in Film/Media Studies and Spanish and spent a year in Córdoba, Spain refining my Spanish language skills.
In my free time I enjoy documenting my surroundings and contemplating the current media landscape. I also love to craft, practice yoga, dance, laugh, read, and watch TV and film.
